I met Chris through my Harcourt Agent. They wouldn't recommend a bad person for their... reputation. My first contact with Chris went very well, then he spent long hours trying to understand my needs and find the best solution. He quickly understood my requirements even though it was not simple. I had done my home work and trying to understand the skills and nature of Chris at the same time, especially his approach towards his customers, whether he was just trying to do just another job, get some money, finish, done or thinking about me and my financial well being years to come as well. He passed, otherwise I wouldn't continue. He was excellent!!! It was clear to me that he was not worried about what he would be earning from the deal, but getting best for me (as I understood he got only $6 per month from my loan, for the hours he spent with me, unbelievable!!!). The application process was hassle free. I like their secure upload system, the best!!! Didn't waste time asking for all unnecessary documents, same one again and again, etc. which saved me lot of time. Its always better if you have understanding of what exactly you need and some financial/mathematical knowledge to reap the best. Chris will fill the gap to reach the goal.
